Certain areas of this website may only be accessed and viewed by registered users, these pages include the account management area and any other pages that contain personal information. The rest of this website may be viewed without registering an account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
9. Products, prices and services
The price of our products or services is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you for any modification to prices or services. Certain products or services are available exclusively online through our website. Our products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our return policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We reserve the right to refuse sales or limit quantities of our products or services to any person(s), household, geographical location or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. All descriptions of our products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when making purchases on our website and agree to promptly and accurately update any information that may have changed, including your email address and credit or debit card details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
11. Personal information
When ordering you agree to enter the contract as set out in these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw our services at any time. If we decide to decline your order, you will be notified via the email address you have provided. You cannot cancel your order except for in the circumstances as stated in these terms and conditions. We aim to provide the best possible service, but on occasions, errors may occur. Any proposed delivery dates are estimates and are based on product availability and processing time, once your order has been dispatched, the goods are now in your ownership and are therefore your responsibility. Once payment has been taken and the goods are in your ownership, it is your responsibility to inspect them.
13. Commitment periods
On occasion we may offer discounts in return for committing to a set number of months subscription. When you accept any commitment discount, the option to cancel your plan is removed from the account management page until the full commitment period is over. By accepting a commitment discount you've entered into a legally binding contract to continue your monthly payments until the full commitment period is over. Commitment periods will be offered at our sole discretion in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month periods.
14. Box contents
Contents of the boxes are subject to change at any time, dependent on product availability. The contents of each individual box may vary depending on product supply and use of backstock. The items in the box will be in a rotation and we reserve the right to change the contents at any time. Pub Supper offers a box filled with a variety of edible products from various manufacturers and it is your responsibility to decide if Pub Supper is suitable for your dietary needs. The box is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, as it will contain meat products. Many of our products do contain nuts and are therefore not suitable for those suffering from nut allergies. Please note that some products are manufactured in facilities that produce food containing gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and soybean. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult the labels of the individual items for allergy information. We are not liable for any reactions caused by consuming any of the contents of the box.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card via the checkout. By placing an order, you consent to payment(s) being charged to your debit/credit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before dispatch of any goods. On completion of your order, the relevant payment will be taken immediately from your credit or debit card and each month after that if you have chosen a subscription. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account. We reserve the right to change the fees for any services at any time. We agree to notify you at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes.
16. Billing and shipping dates
We will attempt to charge your credit or debit card on the 1st day of each calendar month. If your payment fails, we reserve the right to make further attempts to charge your payment card. All of our subscription boxes are dispatched on the 20th of each month or the next working day if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday. We cannot dispatch any boxes until your payment has cleared.
17. Shipping and delivery
All of our subscription boxes are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. We estimate that boxes will arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch, although actual delivery times vary. Pub Supper is not responsible for any delays in your delivery. We do not receive any confirmation of delivery from Royal Mail. If necessary, we reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification. It is your responsibility to report all lost boxes to us. A box can be considered lost if not received by the 28th of the month. You must comply with Royal Mail’s lost item claims process. If you change address, you are solely responsible for updating the details in your account. You can update your address details by logging in to your account. You will be liable for any boxes sent to the wrong location. We reserve the right to cancel your membership if it becomes apparent that the postal service in your area is too unreliable and is likely to cause issues with lost parcels.
18. Overseas orders
Our website is only intended for use by customers resident in the United Kingdom of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We will not accept orders for goods from individuals located outside of the United Kingdom.
You are able to cancel a Pub Supper subscription at any time unless you have claimed a commitment period discount, in which case you must remain subscribed for the duration of the commitment period. This can be done by logging in to your account. There are no cancellation fees.
20. Returns and refunds
If you are at all unsatisfied with your Pub Supper box or if some of the contents of the box are in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the box. Any claims made after these 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
21. Viruses and device safety
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, mobile device or data due to your use of our website or any website linked to it.
22. Force majeure
We shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations to you caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond our control, including but not limited to the following: strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war, acts of terrorism, civil or military disturbances, acts of God, nuclear or natural catastrophes, loss or malfunction of utilities, internet or communication systems.
